David Fierro Obituary /\ Sadly, on October 1, 2022, David T. Fierro, age 27 and a native of Nutley, New Jersey, passed away in Newton. He was the cherished son of Joseph and Mari-Jo Fierro, and he had a Paterson birth. David went to Rutgers University to study agriculture and now works as an assistant supervisor and greenskeeper at the Essex Fells Country Club. Hockey and golf were two of his favourite sports.

David is survived by his brother Joey, sisters Nicole Viaches and Vicki Vassas, niece Riley, nephew James, and parents.Bloved David T. He was the cherished child of Joseph and Mari-Jo Fierro and was born in Paterson. The game of hockey was his passion, along with golf. In addition to his parents, David is survived by his brother Joey, sisters Nicole Viaches and Vicki Vassas, nieces Riley and Ellie, and nephew James. On Saturday between 1 and 4 o’clock, friends and family are welcome to stop by the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home at 267 Centre Street in Nutley.

At 3:30pm, there will be a memorial ceremony at the funeral home. Private cremation services will be provided. Flowers are welcome, but donations to the Nutley Clifton Youth Ice Hockey Association (190 Rutgers Place, Nutley, NJ 07110) would be appreciated in David’s memory.
